Take I-84 East to I-691. Take exit 7 (Downtown Meriden), and turn left onto Columbia St. Follow for 1/4 mile, then turn right onto Colony St. After 1/2 mile, turn right onto West Main Street. The Y will be 1/4 mile down on the right-hand side.
