Take I-95 Northbound to Exit 90. Take a right at the bottom of the exit ramp. Go straight all the way to the end (6 traffic lights) until CT-27 (Greenmanville Ave) intersects CT-1. Take a left onto CT-1. You will pass a bike shop on the right and then Mystic Market on the left. At the traffic light directly after Mystic Market, take a right onto Mason's Island Road. The Y will be on your right soon after you turn.
