Take I-84 East to I-691. Follow 691 to the end, where it becomes CT-66. Follow 66 through Middletown, passing the Home Depot plaza and Wesleyan University. At the third light after Wesleyan, turn right onto Main Street. Follow to the last light (directly in front of the church) and turn left. The YMCA is on the corner. Parking is to the right just past the YMCA.
