Take Route 8 S to Exit 19. Take a left off the exit, then bear left at the Texaco Station onto CT-334. Continue on CT-334 to the stop sign. Turn left to continue on CT-334. At the next stop sign, turn left across the bridge. Turn left at the light onto Main Street (CT-115). Bear right to head up the hill past the Fire Station. The Valley YMCA is on the right hand side.
